Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform detailed testing and measurements using precision tools and equipment to verify product specifications.
- Document and report any deviations or defects, providing clear and concise feedback to production teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics for internal and external audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using inspection and measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Good communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality certifications is a plus.
