Responsibility
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Manage inventory by conducting regular stock checks, updating records, and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare and dispatch shipments using various courier services, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflows and reduce order processing times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in resolving fulfillment-related issues, such as order errors or shipping delays, with a customer-centric approach.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management systems or order processing software.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 20-25 kg.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and couriers.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and logistics workflows is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are advantageous.
