Responsibility
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from supplier identification to contract finalization.
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies to optimize spending.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate existing ones for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of cost savings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess supplier performance and market trends.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
