Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure all merchandise and raw materials are accurately recorded, inspected for quality, and stored in designated areas.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to streamline workflows and meet delivery deadlines.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of materials and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with foam, furniture, or similar industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
