Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain organized inventory through proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages in inventory
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not required
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Forklift certification is a plus but can be provided
