Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze data trends to recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and reports for regulatory and internal audits.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and quality management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
