As a DOS Driver, you will be the face of our brand on the road, responsible for safe and efficient deliveries while maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners. You’ll operate in scenic locations across Bali, from bustling Canggu to serene Ubud, ensuring our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition.

Responsibility
- Safely operate and maintain assigned delivery vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Deliver products to retail outlets, restaurants, and other customers across designated routes in Bali.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues.
- Verify and manage truckload inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing any delivery-related inquiries.
- Collect payments or delivery confirmations as required, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of goods and secure loading/unloading procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivery driving, preferably in FMCG or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads and traffic conditions, with familiarity in the target locations.
- Basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to meet delivery schedules.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as part of delivery duties.
