Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to achieve favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase orders, contract agreements, and trade documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, production, finance) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance, address issues proactively, and maintain a robust supplier database.
- Analyze spend data and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making for procurement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and trade compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable and ethical sourcing practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
