Responsibility
- Lead and manage QA operations to ensure compliance with ISO, IMS, and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to optimize quality control processes.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, reporting findings to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor QA team members to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and clients to ensure seamless compliance and certification.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging QA technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IMS, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in QA software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or similar are a plus.
