Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate and efficient handling of goods.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving shipping-related issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
