Responsibility
- Lead and manage the dispatch and delivery team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce delivery times.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and transportation costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools for tracking and managing shipments.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local regulations and best practices in logistics and transportation.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
