Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the document control system in compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality management systems and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports on audit findings, non-conformities, and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and review updates to international standards and ensure organizational compliance.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits and certification processes.
- Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management systems, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Certification in ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, or GMP is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
