Responsibility

  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract renewals, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a proven track record in cost savings.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations, ethical sourcing, and sustainability practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
