Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule daily transportation activities, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Liaise with drivers, clients, and warehouse staff to optimize route planning and load distribution.
- Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any delays or issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation logs, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on transportation metrics, including cost analysis and performance KPIs.
- Negotiate with third-party vendors and service providers to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with local and regional transportation regulations in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
