Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a production team to ensure efficient and timely output while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor daily production activities, track performance metrics, and implement improvements to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Resolve operational issues on the production line, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to create a secure and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, logistics, and management, to align production goals with business objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Prepare and present production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics, to senior management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and machinery, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams, optimizing production processes, and achieving operational targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using production management software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required by production demands.
