Responsibility
- Assist in supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination.
- Support the finance team with data entry, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting.
- Help maintain HR records, including employee documentation, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and suggesting optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Conduct market research to support business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or related degree program.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in SCM, Finance, or HR is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Canggu, Bali for the duration of the internship.
