Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and distribute materials to production lines according to scheduled requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure material availability.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to prioritize material delivery and minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of warehouse and storage areas.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment; forklift certification is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
