Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Optimize space utilization and layout for efficient material handling.
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
