Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching parcels.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements in all distribution activities.
- Monitor and evaluate personnel performance to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize parcel handling and minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and personnel attendance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse or distribution center management, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and SOP compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
