Join Zooey Plastics as a Fleet Officer in the heart of Bali and play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics and transport operations. You will oversee the coordination, maintenance, and compliance of our vehicle fleet, ensuring seamless operations that support our manufacturing and distribution goals.

Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company’s fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in optimal condition through regular inspections and servicing.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and driver behavior to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee compliance with local and national transportation regulations, including licensing and insurance requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance fleet safety and operational standards.
- Liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistical challenges and ensure timely deliveries.
- Track and analyze fleet data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, expenses, and utilization for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transportation laws, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred).
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and transport industry standards is a plus.
