Responsibility
- Process and manage delivery orders with accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely shipments.
- Perform data entry for billing, invoicing, and shipment documentation, maintaining meticulous records.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, project managers, and clients to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare and verify shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock records.
- Generate and submit regular reports on billing, shipments, and warehouse activities to management.
- Assist in auditing and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, including filing, archiving, and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse billing, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
