Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and improve supplier performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including request for proposals (RFPs), bid evaluations, and vendor selection.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, ensure timely delivery of materials, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals.
- Utilize procurement software and tools to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship development.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, cost modeling, and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of IoT industry trends and global procurement regulations is a plus.
- Certification in CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or similar is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
