Responsibility
- Analyze spending data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for supply base optimization.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance supplier performance and reduce costs.
- Conduct market research to evaluate supplier capabilities, industry trends, and pricing benchmarks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service levels.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and market insights to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
