Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
