Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping using warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Liaise with trucking companies and logistics partners to optimize transportation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer communications and resolve any issues related to shipments or inventory.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
