Responsibility
- Analyze current supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to streamline inventory management and fulfillment.
- Lead cross-functional projects, defining scope, objectives, and KPIs to measure success.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain operations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging supply chain technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, process improvement, or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
