Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and verifying of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely dispatch while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25-30 kg (assistance provided for heavier loads).
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for team coordination.
- Ability to work in shifts (including weekends/holidays if required) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory tools (e.g., scanners, RFID systems) is advantageous.
