Join Vantive as a Material Handler in our dynamic warehouse and logistics team in Badung, Bali! This role is critical to ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to support our high-efficiency manufacturing operations. Responsibility
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to transport raw materials, WIP, and finished goods safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments, verify quantities, and ensure proper documentation for inventory tracking.
- Maintain organized storage areas by labeling, stacking, and rotating stock according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy in stock records.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation guidelines.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize material delivery based on manufacturing schedules.
- Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects and report issues to supervisors.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus.
- Certification to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory documentation and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift pattern, including nights or weekends as required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
