PKL Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in the heart of Klang/Port Klang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our logistics flow is seamless, efficient, and safe.
We are specifically looking for a bilingual candidate fluent in Mandarin to facilitate smooth communication across our international supply chain partners and internal teams. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, maintaining inventory integrity, and leading our ground staff to meet daily performance targets. Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Coordinate order processing to ensure high accuracy and on-time shipment delivery.
- Maintain precise inventory control records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Enforce strict warehouse safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, providing guidance and monitoring daily productivity.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external transporters to optimize delivery schedules.
- Resolve warehouse-related issues promptly to prevent operational downtime.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
