Responsibility
- Monitor and track the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and final delivery points to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping records, delivery confirmations, and inventory reports.
- Resolve logistical issues, such as delays or discrepancies, by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives and customer demands.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize routing and transportation methods.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies, for all logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
