Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, optimizing workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, orders, and shipments in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to forecast demand, plan capacity, and improve supply chain processes.
- Resolve operational issues promptly, including delays, damages, or shortages, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, turnaround time, cost control) to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA or local Indonesian standards.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
