Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will collaborate with global suppliers, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate records in our ERP system. Responsibility
- Process purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely approvals and follow-ups with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to manage shipment schedules, tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with Incoterms and local/regional regulations.
- Update and maintain ERP system records, including inventory levels, order statuses, and supplier performance metrics.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in shipments, invoices, or delivery schedules to minimize operational delays.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, warehouse) to align procurement and shipping activities with business objectives.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize costs and improve service levels.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, shipping performance, and cost savings for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, shipping, or import/export operations.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international trade documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
