Responsibility
- Monitor and update the status of shipments in real-time using advanced tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, delivery times, and potential delays.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve tracking discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Generate and analyze reports on shipment performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on shipment statuses.
- Assist in the implementation of new tracking technologies and process optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international shipping standards.
- Support the resolution of customer inquiries related to shipment tracking and delivery estimates.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational role (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in tracking software, ERP systems, or logistics management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or proprietary platforms).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
