Join Search Personnel as a Warehouse Assistant or Storekeeper and play a vital role in ensuring seamless logistics operations across our dynamic facilities in Bali. As part of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and handling equipment while ensuring smooth daily logistics processes. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain high standards of service.
We are hiring three (3) positions for this role, offering a competitive salary range of RM 2,000 – RM 2,800 per month, along with opportunities for career growth in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics sector.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently while maintaining inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent discrepancies and stockouts.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Assist in resolving shipping or receiving discrepancies with vendors and carriers.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure workplace compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
- Certification in forklift operation is a plus.
