Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize warehouse workflows and efficiency
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational metrics
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any warehouse-related issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in warehouse management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in logistics/warehousing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
