Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Enforce strict housekeeping and safety protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align on operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and improve workflow.
- Handle ad-hoc duties and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role in logistics/manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis for reporting.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required.
