Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage fuel deliveries to prevent shortages.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on station performance, sales, and expenses.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to implement company initiatives and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the petroleum, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to fuel station operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in management or related fields are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
