Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring timely and damage-free handling of goods.
- Report any issues or damages to inventory or equipment to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
