Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse) to resolve order discrepancies and expedite shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Maintain and update order management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) with real-time data for reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with clients to confirm order details, provide status updates, and address inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Generate and distribute order-related reports (e.g., backlogs, fulfillment metrics) to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements to streamline order workflows and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international trade requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or customer service within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs documentation, and incoterms is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
