Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end import and export logistics processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including customs laws and import/export restrictions.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance delivery performance.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Analyze trade data and logistics metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, warehousing, and sales, to align logistics strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2â3 years of experience in international logistics, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with global partners and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
