Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to secure cost-effective materials and services for construction projects.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods while maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with project managers, warehouse teams, and vendors to align procurement activities with project timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, invoices, and vendor agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, compare pricing, and assess quality standards.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies between orders and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the preparation of reports on procurement activities, spending, and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or procurement software (training provided).
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in documentation.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry-specific tools and processes.
