Responsibility
- Manage and prepare shipping documentation, permits, and export-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipments.
- Monitor and update delivery schedules to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Resolve discrepancies in shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to optimize shipping processes.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse coordination as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs regulations, and export procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
