Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse and storeroom operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory receipt, storage, and distribution.
- Maintain precise documentation of all inventory transactions, including stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Implement cost-control measures to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Lead and train storeroom staff, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to align inventory levels with business needs.
- Develop and improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or storeroom supervision, preferably in hospitality, retail, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and maintain high standards of work.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and cost-control strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
