Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations? People Profilers is seeking a Director of Demand Management to spearhead our Demand Planning function and drive the transformation of planning processes in Bali’s dynamic manufacturing and logistics sector.
In this high-impact role, you will lead cross-functional teams to forecast demand, align supply chain strategies with business goals, and implement cutting-edge planning solutions. Based in the vibrant Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta), you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless product availability.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end demand planning process, including forecasting, inventory optimization, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
- Develop and implement data-driven demand models to improve accuracy and reduce forecast errors.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Drive process transformation by identifying inefficiencies and introducing best-in-class planning tools and methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turnover) and present insights to senior leadership.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure demand-supply synchronization.
- Oversee risk assessment and contingency planning for demand volatility, market changes, or supply disruptions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing demand planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management within manufacturing or logistics industries.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in planning processes (e.g., AI/ML for demand sensing).
- Familiarity with lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a problem-solving mindset.
