Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain strong partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all supply chain processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Implement technology-driven solutions, such as ERP systems, to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics best practices.
- Leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) and regulatory compliance.
