Responsibility
- Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and company policies.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, downtime, and safety.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.
- Certification in Six Sigma, TPM, or similar methodologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Malay is a bonus.
