Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity, safety, and quality standards while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) management to minimize discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes to enhance space utilization, reduce handling time, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate workplace hazards.
- Liaise with transportation and logistics teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, resolving any delays or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, KPIs, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align warehouse activities with supply chain demands and production schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of warehouse operatives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and ERP tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of resolving operational challenges under pressure.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles, 5S methodology, and best practices in logistics and inventory control.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to occasionally perform hands-on tasks and work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
