Responsibility
- Identify and source high-quality spare parts for food processing machinery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong technical knowledge of food processing machinery and components.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
