Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to track material availability and prevent shortages.
- Monitor order progress from initiation to completion, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align delivery timelines with customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate planning records, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in production processes.
- Assist in forecasting demand and adjusting schedules based on market trends and capacity constraints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations in all planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics (for Executive role); fresh graduates are welcome for Assistant positions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and inventory management best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
