Responsibility
- Create and monitor parts orders and work orders in accordance with unit settings and production schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Track inventory levels and generate reports to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Assist in developing and maintaining production timelines and capacity plans.
- Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
- Maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and production metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a similar role in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel (advanced functions), and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and processes is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with a commitment to operational excellence.
